Location — Every element of the building structure, from building shell and exterior to floors and roof, meets orsurpasses local building codes. It is custom-designed to manage and withstand fire, flood or earthquake.
Electric — The entire electrical system has built-in redundancy to guarantee continuous operation. The overall systemis N+1 redundant, including each component within the parallel electrical systems. Systems include AC and DC racewayswith 2N distribution; AC power delivery via distributed redundant UPS systems; Batteries with at least 7 minutes fullload operation; 48 hours of generator fuel and contracts with multiple fuel providers.
